This is a dark chocolate topsy turvy wedding cake. It was iced in cream cheese and covered in fondant, then decorated with dripping ganache around the sides and chocolate covered strawberries.

 How long did it take to make it?-- ~  ~My avatar was created by the lovely =AlchemyOtaku17 ~~ total, probably about 5-6 hours including baking.

 This look beautiful, I particuarly like the way you had the chocolate drip from the top of each... stacked... part... would layer be the right word?    i want to have this cake on my wedding too!
