In a little over a week, my art is going to be changing from mostly cakes to mostly plated desserts. I have recently gotten a new job as a pastry chef for this cool little company near my house! I am super excited and they do catering as well, so you will see cakes and wedding cakes here and there, but not in the same quantity. I will also still be doing cakes for family and friends as well as any references, so they wont be completely gone!
